Adam Charles Hilton Seymour (born 7 December 1967 in Royston, Hertfordshire) is a former English cricketer who played for a variety of teams in his 12-year career; most of his games were for Essex and Worcestershire. Batting at number eight, Seymour scored 102 not out at the age of 16 for Essex Second XI against their Middlesex counterparts at South Hampstead.
